areas of abandoned marsh
secretly stalks

sleek predator
rushing through rocky meadow
flees pursuer

pursuing pack
plows through pristine white snow
greeting the dawn

incoming horde
invade flowering meadow
warmed by pale sun

befuddled bloodhounds
begrudgingly accepting
seasonal changes

happy blonde puppies
crawling under the sunshine
