- full moon–
happy baby hugs
a bag of diapers - waning moon
mum steps back
into fallen diaper - baby powder…
the freshness of
fallen dry snow - tossed diaper
eyes follow
half of the moon - the whine
of baby’s breathing becomes
a gentle breeze - night breeze
where mum’s song begins - twinkling stars
appear so quickly
baby powder - so quickly
the baby powder is released…
dry snow - great waterfall…
the rainfall of mum’s misery
never ceases to fall - great waterfall…
the rainfall from mum’s misery
adds to it - a waterfall…
indistinguishable are
mum’s and baby’s tears

- silver dewdrops
when might they dry?
this river of my tears - bellies swell
and become phases
of the moon - hungry baby
sucking the moonlight…
breastfeeding - wandering from my breast
not in a trickle, but
in a milky torrent
breast-milk - expectant belly
oh, that the moon tonight
droops down and down - swollen breast dreaming on my pillow
- swollen breasts
pillowed by white clouds

has fallen, drifted high around
